Our 1976 Valiant 40, “Momo” is for
sale!
We are nearing the end of a year-long
family sailing adventure and sadly we must now sell our beloved boat. We are
currently cruising Momo in the Bahamas and will be making our way to the East
Coast soon. Momo is well equipped for cruising and is ready to go.
Momo is in excellent sailing and
mechanical condition. She does need some cosmetic work, particularly exterior
painting, and has been priced accordingly. She has cosmetic blisters, which all
Valiants of her age have. She had them when we bought her 3 years ago and like many Valiant owners, we chose to ignore them and just sail her, and the
next owners can choose to do the same or put in the work to get her back to
Bristol shape. Because of this, we bought her on discount and will sell her on discount. Regardless, Momo sails beautifully and is ready for her next
adventure.
We will deliver her anywhere on the East Coast if she sells in the next couple months.
Price: $73,000 USD
